About Steve Hoffman Insurance

The Steve Hoffman Insurance Agency was established in 1972 and continually strives to provide excellent service to all or its clients. The office prides itself on the retention of clients year after year. The knowledgeable staff includes Agents David Hoffman, Crystal Hoffman, Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Shirley Strickland and Sharon Smith. The agency handles all types of insurance including homeowners, automobile, life, health, and all lines of commercial insurance.

Steve Hoffman, the agency founder, has been Agent of the Year four times in Texas and is currently an Elite Agent with Farmers Insurance Group, one of their major carriers. Steve was also a founding partner with Lone Star Health Plans. Steve is active in community affairs and has served on the Board of Directors for such organizations as the Rotary Club of Houston Foundation, American Cancer Society, Houston American Red Cross, and the University of Houston Alumni Board.

David Hoffman joined the agency in 2005 after spending 8 years as a homebuilder. David is a member of the Houston Safari Club, a Texas Tech Alumni, and he is a volunteer football coach at Grady Middle School. David specializes in farm and ranch and in commercial insurance.

Crystal Hoffman, also a Texas Tech Alumni joined the agency in 2006 after working for an Entertainment Accounting Firm. Crystal is still involved in her sorority, Alpha Phi. Crystal specializes in Health and Benefits for groups and individuals, and personal lines of insurance.

The Agency is a member of the Houston Association of Health Underwriters, Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, West Houston Chamber of Commerce and United Farmers Agent Association.
